Clinical Director (RN or LPN)

Responsibilities: Provides medical oversight for clients with autism, ensuring care plans are customized and align with each individual's medical and developmental needs.

Qualifications: RN or LPN with expertise in autism spectrum disorder (ASD) care.

Case Manager / Care Coordinator

Responsibilities: Manages individualized care plans, liaises with schools, therapists, and families, and coordinates community-based resources for clients with autism.

Qualifications: Degree in Social Work, Nursing, or a related field, with a focus on autism care.

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)

Responsibilities: Assist with daily living activities, communication, and socialization, using individualized techniques to support clients with autism.

Qualifications: Experience in autism support and behavior management, with training in communication strategies (e.g., PECS, sign language).

Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities: Develops and monitors behavioral programs to enhance communication, socialization, and adaptive skills for clients with autism.

Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with autism-specific expertise.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Responsibilities: Supports communication development for individuals with autism, working on speech, language, and social communication.

Qualifications: Licensed SLP with experience in autism and communication disorders.
