Clinical Director (RN or LPN)

Responsibilities: Oversees medical care for individuals with intellectual disabilities, supervises nursing staff, and ensures care plans meet health needs.

Qualifications: RN or LPN with experience in intellectual disabilities care.

Case Manager / Care Coordinator

Responsibilities: Develops care plans tailored to individuals with intellectual disabilities, coordinates services, and ensures family and community involvement.

Qualifications: Degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW), Nursing, or related field with experience in developmental disabilities.

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)

Responsibilities: Provide daily support in areas like personal care, medication management, socialization, and life skills development.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with training in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities: Designs and monitors behavior intervention programs, focusing on improving communication, social behavior, and daily living skills.

Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in intellectual disabilities care.

Occupational Therapist (OT)

Responsibilities: Develops plans to help individuals with intellectual disabilities improve motor skills, self-care routines, and independence in daily activities.

Qualifications: Licensed OT with experience in developmental disabilities.
