Qualifications: RN or LPN with private duty or home health care experience.
Clinical Director (RN or LPN)
Responsibilities: Oversees the private duty nursing team, ensuring care is delivered according to medical standards and meets individual client needs.
Qualifications: RN or LPN with experience in private duty nursing or home health care management.
Case Manager / Care Coordinator
Responsibilities: Assesses client needs, develops comprehensive care plans, and ensures coordination between family members, healthcare providers, and the nursing team.
Qualifications: Degree in Nursing or Social Work with experience in private duty care or home health coordination.
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
Responsibilities: Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, companionship, and medication reminders, while providing support under the direction of private duty nurses.
Qualifications: Experience in home care or personal support services.
